This DVD can be used for "NORM Awareness" training or as a training aid in safety meetings. The DVD shows various sources of NORM, how radioactive particles are dispersed during industrial processes as well as the hazards associated with NORM . The DVD emphasizes the best way to minimize NORM exposures, to know the NORM areas at the work site, perform a hazard assessment, advise the employees of the presence NORM and adhering to safe work NORM procedures and PPE.
